Good to know

Questions before
you decide.

Which results can you show from previous digital projects?

We can share work and outcomes where client agreements, data quality and commercial sensitivity allow it. Not every project can be published with names or exact figures. During a conversation, we can select examples that are relevant to the challenge and explain what was changed, how it was measured and which limitations apply.

Why are some client names or figures not published?

Confidentiality, platform access and commercial sensitivity can limit what may be shown publicly. We do not fill those gaps with unsupported claims. Where detailed figures cannot be published, we can still explain the context, intervention and measurement method, or discuss an appropriate example privately when the relevant agreement permits it.

Do you measure revenue rather than only traffic and clicks?

Where the available tracking and sales process support it, we connect digital work to enquiries, orders, lead quality or revenue. Not every business has complete attribution, so we state what can and cannot be concluded. Reach and clicks remain useful diagnostic signals, but they are not presented as final commercial outcomes by themselves.

Can you show results for a business like ours?

Often, we can identify a project with a comparable challenge, growth stage or technical complexity. Industry alone is not always the best comparison. We focus on the starting situation, constraints, decisions and measurable outcome, because two businesses in the same sector can have very different propositions, data quality and sales processes.

How do you verify that an improvement caused the reported result?

We use the strongest evidence available, such as before-and-after data, controlled experiments, consistent tracking and qualitative feedback. Causality cannot always be proven when several changes happen together. In those cases, we describe the relationship carefully and avoid attributing every positive movement to a single campaign or website adjustment.
